ZAO ARE-St Petersburg, a subsidiary of Finland's ARE Oy corporation, has been awarded the contract to provide maintenance for the utility systems of the Pulkovo Sky business centre and will its activity in the Business Centre in January 2010.

Among the commercial real estate projects implemented are Sokos Hotel, Grand Hotel Europe, Taleon, Pulkovskaya Hotel, Sklifosovsky Institute, State Tretyakov Gallery, State Hermitage Museum, Hermitage Theatre, Finland and Moscow Stations, and Sheremetyevo Airport.
The company successfully contributed to the construction of major industrial facilities such as Nokian Tyres, Swedwood Tikhvin, Electrolux, Heineken, Wrigley, Vienna, North-Western TETs (combined heat and power plant), and South-Western waste treatment facilities.
