Eke Group and FiCoTe Group introduced the Pulkovo Sky business center at the Third International Real Estate Investment PROEstate forum. Andrei Hitrov, Pulkovo Sky’s Managing Director, announced the imminent receipt of the Acceptance Certificate for the first stage of the project (Building B). All the construction works are currently nearing completion. To date, almost 50% of the premises have been leased by Russian and foreign companies.
“We have signed preliminary lease agreements with major firms operating in the logistics, engineering and development spheres. The lease agreements with these companies will be signed at the end of November. We are also in negotiations with IT firms and airlines,” Mr. Hitrov said.
The business center was designed by FiCoTe Group in cooperation with Vahanen Group, one of FiCoTe’s cofounders. During the design process, EKE came up with the initiative of using state-of-the-art construction methods meeting top international quality standards. The company managed to save ?1.3 million on construction materials by using the pre-stressed method.
“We had to take into account the size of the plot and comply with solar insolation requirements, which was another reason for choosing this method,” commented Tatyana Pankova, Chief Architect at FiCoTe Consulting.
