Pulkovo SKY Business Center won the first prize as the best Class B Business Center at CRE Awards St. Petersburg on July 2, 2010.

ЕКЕ Group has been declared Developer of the Year.

Other project participants were also honored at the award ceremony:

Architectural Studio M4 for participation in Pulkovo SKY Business Center Project development — winner in "Class B Business Center Architectural Company of the Year" nomination.

ARE Saint Petersburg for participation in Pulkovo SKY Business Center Project development — winner in "Engineering Company of the Year” nomination.

One of the most famous commercial estate awards in Russia, CRE Awards, has existed since 2005. This year the jury composed of experts and specialists have selected by closed ballot 17 winners in office, trade, hotel and industrial real estate from 103 projects.
